Approach
I lead an adaptive breath centered practice paired with simple movement to improve flexibility and balance, increase energy, and reduce stress. Open to all levels of ability seeking a gentle approach. These classes are especially well suited for those with limited mobility or injuries. The key is to adapt the practice to the needs of the person. Guided attention is given. Small live online group classes allow you to enjoy yoga from the comfort of your own space. I am also available for private sessions.

About
As a Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT), with 30 years of experience in adaptive yoga, I have taught in therapeutic and general group environments. I have worked with the MS community since 1993, initially through National Multiple Sclerosis Society sponsored programs and now independently. I trained in the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya and T.K.V. Desikachar, studying Viniyoga with Gary Kraftsow and Sonia Nelson. Studies in tai chi and Feldenkrais add to the flavor of my teaching.
